In business for 38 years DMS Custom Homes has been building new homes and additions throughout Chester and Montgomery counties. Dennis M. Sim the owner, is a Master carpenter by trade and has over 45 years experience in the building trades and is involved in every aspect of the building process. We use only licensed and insured sub-contractors who treat all our clients with the respect they deserve.
